xmas 2008

for me, this christmas was unforgetable..
it wasnt coz all the presents i got, or sumthin like that
it was because of me being active at church..

hmm..
i was a decoration decorater, in the christmas play, and also an usher (YEAH!).
gyahahah~

anyways,
the decorations for church this year were'nt all that
the theme was really simple, i guess
it was the birth of baby JESUS
now, all we had to do was make a manger, put hay all over the place, and a barn (?)
even so, it was tiring..
but.....................
we had a great team! the heads of this operation were sortha, vino, and petra.
it all turned out fantastic on the day

the christmas play
i got the role of an angel
hahah. me an angel? i was preatty cute. hahaha
the angel didnt do much
all we had to do was do a dance thingy
and sit around. wait for the birth OF THE KING!

well coz of this, we had to learn the basics of make up
so we did a lot of make up practices.

the first day was a mess! its was soooo thick and weird



but us drama peeps, went all bein narcizistic, and did photo shoots around the church
ckckck~

luckily
on christmas day. everything was perfect.

now the third part
THE USHER!
no, its not usher who sings yeah
but the usher who greets and shows all the people in the church
u know what i mean?
i did all three sermons.
and DAMN!
after the 8 o'clock one, i thought i lost my legs.
it seemed that everyone in bandung came to church
there were even people sitting on the stairs

aside from guiding people to their seats and saying 'merry christmas' all the time
we were also the candle light beares..
we had to wear the chorous suites and boy, were they HOT!
as usual, while waiting for the candle light service we took alot of photographs

and coz of this. Bang Basar got mad at us.
he said that we weren't being serious lalala~
but in the end. everything ended up alright.

i didnt quite think of him - the actor robert pattinson - when i first saw him
in the film HARRY POTTER and the GOBLET OF FIRE
but when i saw him star in the movie TWILIGHT
~ a movie based on a best selling novel by stephanie meyer ~
i absolutly fell in looove with him
yeah like everyother million people in the world. girl actually
hahaha

he can bite me with his sexy fangs anyday

well apart from edward cullen...
the actor playing the role, robert pattinson, like i mentioned earlier
is a great piano and guitar player
he did a song on the soundtrack album of twilight
and the words are oh soo touching
its like what happened to gladys to me. the song sorta stabbed me in the heart
and so deep too.
huff~

its sort of a country-ish sorta feel...
